Acidscape is an example of ephmeral art the act of dripping resin on polystyrene erodes the material over time. Using an non material such a polystyrene negative space filler to completely change it into something with depth. This piece is very tactile like wax dripping  this brings the viewer to what to touch and then question whether it is solidified or to just crumble and dissipate. Art changing over time and developing into something completely unrecognizable is very much what me and my group are interested as the piece it self will end up being a transformed creative process.
